netbeans couldn't load module

netbeans couldn't load module

I am using netbeans 7.4 DEVELOPMENT VERSION 2 All package.
First I use netbeans 7.2 All package than I update that as I notified I
have updates and it turned to 7.4 DEVELOPMENT VERSION.
Now again I notified that I have updates and I started update but by
mistake I click a php file while netbeans updating and an occurred that
update fail. I can't remember the error message.
Now my problem is when I start netbeans I get the following error

Now if I click Disable Modules and Continue and plugins are disabled than
if I try activate I get error again following image is the error while
activating "Developing Netbeans" plugin

I don't want to uninstall my netbeans as I am very much use to with it and
I have custom settings.
so I need help on how to repair my netbeans.
