java -Android- uploade to server

hi all i got this code from a site it upload a file to a server from an
Android phone the thing is i know nothing about JAVA and i want to edit
this code so it do what ever "upload button" do but without pressing it .
so then the user open the app it will automatically start uploading
without a button and without asking for permission or any thing , can any
one edit it for me it will be sooooo appreciated
