Exim + filter -> put emails from not in my address book to another IMAP folder

Exim + filter -> put emails from not in my address book to another IMAP
folder

I have an address book in some plain text file, let's say. I want to move
all emails not from address book to another IMAP folder, let's name it,
"not-in-my-address-book".
Is it possible to do it on server side using filter facility in Exim4?
